Alan White - Chairman
Alan has chaired PSL for the past two years. He is also a director of Lenborough Consultants, specialising in strategic real estate advice, and a non-executive director of Blackrock International Land plc.
Previously, Alan headed the Corporate Consulting Group at DTZ and managed operational property for businesses including BT Group, Diageo, Lloyds TSB, Dee Corporation and Booker McConnell.
Alan is chairman of the RICS Business Development Board, is a member of the RICS Commercial Markets Board and Corporate Occupier Group. He is a member of the Bank of England Property Forum and a past advisor to the MoD, DfT, ODPM and the OGC.
Alan is a governor of Oxford Brookes University and is involved with real estate education through the University of Reading, University College London, Cass Business School and Sheffield Hallam University.

David Barrass - Managing Director
David graduated with an honours degree in Chemical Engineering at Newcastle University. Following a period as a Process Engineer in textiles production with Courtaulds, David joined Esso Petroleum as an Energy Conservation Engineer at their Fawley Refinery near Southampton. He then took up a variety of consulting and management positions within the Company including Head of UK Petrol Pricing, investment appraisal and Secretary to the Board of both the Upstream and Downstream activities.
David left Esso in 1986 and then set up a serviced office business which was subsequently developed to 20 locations throughout the UK. David is co-founder and Director of Property Solutions.

Andrew Morley - Operations Director
Andrew has 25 years experience mostly in private practice although for a period he was employed by a national company as a Project Manager being responsible for new developments.
In 1987 Andrew became a director of Pepper Fox, commercial property consultants, and in 1992 he was one of six local directors who jointly acquired the Bristol office of Pepper Fox and established Osmond Tricks Ltd. Andrew is a founding director of Property Solutions and in 1994 left Osmond Tricks to concentrate on developing Property Solutions.
Andrew specialises in property and construction disputes. He also advises on landlord and tenant issues which is central to the key activities of Property Solutions.

Kellie Bennett - Finance Director
Kellie started her working life as a Customer Service Assistant for the Abbey National and after a short time she moved into the Operations division of AXA Sun Life. Kellie spent more than seven years at AXA, working in the Life Department as a Case Manager, then as a Team Manager in Executive Pensions and ultimately as a Business Analyst in the Finance Department. Kellie joined Property Solutions in June 2005 and worked on the Portfolio Services team as a Service Charge Accountant, before completing her AAT qualification and moving over to join the Finance Team in August 2007. After a short spell as Finance Manager, Kellie was appointed to the board of directors in March 2009. Kellie is an ACCA member.

Edmund Costelloe - Non-Executive Director
Ed started his career as a rating surveyor in private practice in the City of London and then in British Telecom where he held the posts of Chief Estates Surveyor, Chief Valuer and latterly Head of Professional Property Services. He has been chairman of The Workplace Network, an international group of corporate real estate executives, and chairman of the Membership and Communications Committee of PSNTO (Property Services National Training Organisation). He was also a private sector member of the advisory panel to PACE (Property Advisors to the Civil Estate).
Ed took early retirement from BT and joined Property Solutions in a non-executive capacity in March 2001 with the intention of concentrating on new business opportunities.
Chris Barrass - Non-Executive Director
Chris recently joined Property Solutions in April 2010 as a Non-Executive Director. Upon graduating with an honours degree in Management Science from Loughborough University, he joined Centrica as a Project Manager for British Gas Residential. Since then, Chris has assumed a number of positions within the Centrica Group including roles in Strategy, Marketing and Operations before taking up his current role as Senior Insight Manager.
In addition to his time within the energy industry, Chris also has experience in the food and beverage business from working at Mars. Now he will bring his extensive strategic expertise to the commercial service charge industry.
