2011 Recap

This year Property Solutions, in partnership with Kingston University, has produced two reports addressing different aspects of service charge management in the UK commercial property sector.
One study focuses on the offices and the other one on shopping centres. Both can be downloaded from our website:
In the New Year we are planning to update both reports and hopefully expand the samples for both analyses. Service charges in commercial property are often perceived as a contentious subject. However, we believe that services charges can not only be managed unambiguously and efficiently, but also add value to the overall service provided by the property owner.
P.S. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
