Performance Management
Job holders have the opportunity to receive feedback from their manager and to earn more, based on their performance.
Personal Performance and Development Planning (PPDP) meetings are held frequently between job holders and line managers. Job holders are encouraged to prepare notes reviewing their own performance, progress development and level of job satisfaction. Managers review the progress of their team members in preparation for these meetings. PPDP requires both job holder and line manager to discuss performance and their working relationship.
