The principle of this service is to improve the efficiency of the management of multi-let office buildings resulting in better value for money and, typically, lower service charge costs.

Since that time, the Company has developed the original concept and enhanced it's services by adding a number of complimentary specialist services including service charge recoveries, building consultancy and technical services.
