This service can be of particular interest to clients who are not traditional landlords. We have built up an expertise in providing certification for Landlords who have tenants as a consequence of having spare space as a result of their core business and whose accounting and administrative arrangements are configured to the core business rather than being property focused.

 

Property Solutions draw on clients account and property administration records to gather evidence to support the production of service charge certificates. We have a track record of providing certification at locations where this has not been put in place. This work can be undertaken on a one off basis or as part of an ongoing contract where we also provide budgets to set on account collection levels for future periods. Needless to say we also produce certification from more traditional records.

FEES

These are negotiated with each client. Fees for certification are usually a retained fee or a time charge basis but can also be based as a percentage of sums recovered.
