Edmund Costelloe - ChairmanEd started his career as a rating surveyor in private practice in the City of London and then in British Telecom where he held the posts of Chief Estates Surveyor, Chief Valuer and latterly Head of Professional Property Services. He has been chairman of The Workplace Network, an international group of corporate real estate executives, and chairman of the Membership and Communications Committee of PSNTO (Property Services National Training Organisation). He was also a private sector member of the advisory panel to PACE (Property Advisors to the Civil Estate). Ed took early retirement from BT and joined Property Solutions in a non-executive capacity in March 2001 with the intention of concentrating on new business opportunities. |

David Barrass - Managing DirectorDavid graduated with an honours degree in Chemical Engineering at Newcastle University. Following a period as a Process Engineer in textiles production with Courtaulds, David joined Esso petroleum as an Energy Conservation Engineer at their Fawley Refinery near Southampton. He then took up a variety of consulting and management positions within the Company including Head of UK Petrol Pricing, investment appraisal and Secretary to the Board of both the Upstream and Downstream activities. David left Esso in 1986 and then set up a serviced office business which was subsequently developed to 20 locations throughout the UK. David is co-founder and Director of Property Solutions. |

Andrew Morley - Business Development DirectorAndrew has 25 years experience mostly in private practice although for a period he was employed by a national company as a Project Manager being responsible for new developments. In 1987 Andrew became a director of Pepper Fox, commercial property consultants, and in 1992 he was one of six local directors who jointly acquired the Bristol office of Pepper Fox and established Osmond Tricks Ltd. Andrew is a founding director of Property Solutions and in 1994 left Osmond Tricks to concentrate on developing Property Solutions. Andrew specialises in property and construction disputes. He also advises on landlord and tenant issues which is central to the key activities of Property Solutions. |

Clive Poulton - Operations DirectorClive has had a 30 year career in human resources, training and organisational development. He has worked as training and development manager at Shell UK, as a director at Mast (Western) Limited and as operations director at Mast International. In 1996, Clive and a group of founder members established Leornian Consulting which currently delivers business development consultancy and training to over 40 client organisations. Clive joined Property Solutions as a non-executive director in June 2002 and was appointed to the newly created role of general manager on April 2006. His appointment marks the company's commitment to employee and organisational development during a period of strategic expansion and new business success. |

Alan White - Non-Executive DirectorAlan was the former Property Director at BT for ten years and has been involved in the direct management of operational property for businesses including Diageo, Lloyds TSB, Dee Corporation and Booker McConnell. He now runs his own consulting business specialising in providing strategic occupation, financial and property management advice to businesses and public bodies. Alan is chairman of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Facilities Management Faculty and of RICS Business Services. He is a member of the Bank of England Property Forum and a past advisor to the Ministry of Defence, Department of Transport, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Office of Government Commerce. He is also involved with real estate education through the University of Reading, Oxford Brookes University, Cass Business School and Sheffield Hallam University. His knowledge of the industry and input into the ongoing expansion of Property Solutions, as well as his extensive expertise in the commercial property sector will prove to be an invaluable resource. |

Richard Bacon - Portfolio Services ManagerRichard joined Property Solutions from Natwest Group Property in 2000, where he was a Customer Service Manager to clients in the South West and West Midlands & Wales. His previous experience was primarily in Property Finanace but also with roles in Estate Management, Facilities Management and Project Management. |

Graham Downey - Building Services Development ManagerGraham spent nine years at BT as a special projects manager, responsible for building services fit-outs and refurbishments in UK-wide projects ranging in value from £10k to over £3m before joining Property Solutions in 2000. Graham graduated from Reading University with a diploma in facilities management and also has a City and Guilds in mechanical engineering and a HNC in electrical engineering. He has project managed work on commercial property ranging in size from 1,000 to 250,000 square feet and has extensive experience of the whole project management process including budgeting, procurement, design, contracting, appointments and evaluation. |

Steve Lennon - Building Technical Services ManagerSteve qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1986. He has 25 years surveying and project management experience and worked 17 years for Eagle Star, where he was responsible for management of alterations, refurbishment and new build projects ranging from several thousands to in excess of £15m. He subsequently progressed to managing a team of surveyors within that company. In 1993 Steve set up his own consultancy practice undertaking mainly project management commissions for a variety of clients. Since 1994 he has fulfilled a consultant role within PSL providing building surveying and project management assistance. |

James Smith - Service Charge Consultancy ManagerJames qualified as a chartered building surveyor in 1999 and previously worked for Bath & North East Somerset Council. His experience includes working with a wide range of building types and clients. James has led design teams working on building projects within schools and for external clients as well as organising day-to-day maintenance work and providing professional services such as dilapidations, schedules of condition, party wall awards and reinstatement valuations. |

Sue Downie - Administration & HR ManagerSue worked in a wide range of administrative roles before joining Property Solutions in 1998. She gained extensive experience in business administration and customer service while working for companies such as Bristol United Press, Welbeck Financial Services and Avon County Council. After three years as office manager at Property Solutions, Sue was appointed to the newly created role of HR manager as the company enters a new phase in its growth and development. Sue will be working closely with Managing Director, David Barrass and Operations Director, Clive Poulton, to closely devise and implement personnel policies to ensure existing and potential employees are trained to the highest standards. |

Karen Tranter - AccountantKaren began her career in 1979 gaining a wide range of experience with companies such as The Financial Times, European Cellars, Dualwise and Horwood Homewares. Karen qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1989 whilst working for the wine business of Allied and Whitbread, moving on to a group accounting role within a manufacturing organisation. Karen has joined Property Solutions to provide the financial input to support the Company as it enters a further exciting period of growth and development. |
