Property Solutions can take on the process of making payments to landlords on behalf of tenants.

Tenants are provided with a funding schedule and remit funds to Property Solutions who make payments to the landlords, submitting monthly reconciliation. This service is usually an add on to Administration.

  • Procure an annual audit to comply with RICS regulations.

FEES

These are negotiated with each client. Fees for payments are usually a retained fee or a time charge basis but can also be based as a percentage of sums paid.
