In response to Dr J R Calvert’s letter “Taking the Shine off the OSCAR Reports” in Estates Gazette, JLL’s Nigel Wheeler extols the virtues of JLL’s OSCAR reports and asks Dr Calvert to take a more positive approach and give a little credit where it's due.
