Property Solutions strengthen team with new Chairman
11.02.08
Property Solutions Ltd (PSL) has announced the appointment of Alan White as chairman. He will succeed Edmund Costelloe who retires from the position after five years and will continue as a non-executive director.

Alan has provided the company with strategic consultancy advice for the past two years in his previous role as non-executive director, where his knowledge and experience in the property sector has been integral to promoting the more effective management of occupied property. He will continue with this focus in his new position, with particular ongoing emphasis on the effect of leasing and service charges on the performance of businesses.
Alan’s experience includes ten years as property director at BT, where he was involved in the direct management of operational property. He has also managed property portfolios for Diageo, Lloyds TSB, Dee Corporation and Booker McConnell.
Commenting on the recent appointment, PSL managing director David Barrass said: "We are very pleased to announce Alan's appointment as chairman. With high calibre credentials and expertise he will help provide PSL with further direction, taking us into a new growth phase. He is very well respected in the industry and has an in depth understanding of the issues involved in the commercial service charge sector.”
Alan added: “I’m looking forward to taking on the role as chairman. It is a challenging opportunity to have more involvement with the business at a key and exciting time for both PSL and the commercial service charge industry.”
Alan also runs his own consulting business called Lenborough Consultants, which specialises in providing strategic occupation, financial and property management advice for businesses and public bodies.
