Renewed contracts with British Telecommunications plc (BT) and Telereal Trillium

Building long-term relationships with clients remains a core commitment for Property Solutions.
Property Solutions has recently renewed contracts for another year with both BT and Telereal Trillium. The respective relationships date back to the mid 1990s and 2002 with the restructuring of BT’s property portfolio. Property Solutions will continue to provide advice on the assessment and recovery of service charges across both clients’ portfolios.
