Property Solutions has unique access to the largest service charge database in the UK, currently covering 42.7 million sq ft of office space and is committed to sponsoring the industry acclaimed annual Loughborough Report which analyses and reports on service charge costs, management performance, value-for-money and industry compliance to the RICS Code. Benchmarking analyses can be carried out against the background of this extensive data to report on comparisons and deviance from the norm of a single building up to large portfolios.
Audit
The audit services are designed to forensically analyse service charge costs against benchmarks and performance criteria including financial compliance, lease compliance, RICS Code compliance and value-for-money.
