Property Solutions (UK) Ltd in partnership with Kingston University launches Service Charge Operating Report (SCOR) for Retail 2011.

The study was undertaken on 81 of the UK’s largest shopping centres and focuses on benchmarking and monitoring of service charge costs and management within the retail sector of commercial property. The Report provides the industry with new insights into the cost structure of service charges at UK shopping centres and highlights the need for greater transparency and standardisation in the management of service charges.
