Commercial service charge consultancy Property Solutions Ltd (PSL) has announced that its annual Loughborough Report on Commercial Service Charges will be rebranded and relaunched during the first quarter 2011.

Commercial service charge consultancy Property Solutions Ltd (PSL) has announced that its annual Loughborough Report on Commercial Service Charges will be rebranded and relaunched in the first quarter 2011 to include data representing ten percent (10%) of the UK commercial office stock.

Entitled Service Charges - Office Report, the new report will provide the commercial property sector with a representative view of where the industry stands collectively on service charges and provide accurate analysis of compliance with the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges in commercial property.

The Loughborough Report has been produced in conjunction with PSL annually since 2003. The rebranded report will include comment and analysis from industry experts and other academic institutions.

Commenting on the new report managing director of Property Solutions, David Barrass said: "The Loughborough Report is well known within our industry, but with interest in the issue of commercial service charges gathering pace we felt it was important to extend the scope of the report to include wider opinion and commentary."

"The new report will represent data from 10% of the UK's multi-let office stock - a significant sample from which we can draw conclusions as to trends relating to the handling of service charges and benchmark improvements in compliance with the Code."
