Property Solutions appoints analyst for Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Kingston University

Following a funding award for a two year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) in collaboration with Kingston University, UK service charge consultancy Property Solutions has appointed Anastasia Zatolokina to the position of Industry Performance Analyst.

Anastasia’s role will involve working on the KTP project which is designed to benchmark service charges with the aim to drive improved accounting and administration standards in the commercial service charge industry.

Having graduated this year from the University of St Andrews with a Masters in International Business, Anastasia has previously worked as an associate at leading Ukrainian law firm Spenser & Kauffman.

Commenting on the appointment, Property Solutions’ managing director David Barrass said: “We received a high level of interest in this role and are delighted that Anastasia has joined the team – she has a proven commercial background and has demonstrated strong business analytical skills needed for this role.

“The KTP link with Kingston University is a very important one for us as it allows us to continue the work we have been doing in recent years in defining and measuring the UK commercial service charge sector. We will be working to develop industry benchmarking tools for commercial service charges as part of this project over the next two years.”
