Property Solutions is currently working alongside Kingston Business School and in 2011 published the first Service Charge Operating Report (SCOR) for Offices under a KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) that was established in 2010.

Our latest Reports for Offices and Retail include extended metrics to measure both commercial service charge costs and service charge documents’ compliance with the RICS Code of Practice.

The only benchmarking study of its kind that analyses service charge data from a range of sources and is contributed to by some of the UK ‘s major commercial landlords and tenants.
