The Loughborough Report is the only benchmark against the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges in commercial property.

Property Solutions have worked closely with Loughborough and Dr John R Calvert since 2003 in the collection, analysis and reporting of service charge data through the publication of the Loughborough Report. The annually updated Loughborough Report is the most comprehensive investigation into the cost of service charges, the management and delivery of services in multi-let offices and is the only benchmark of compliance with the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges in commercial property.

The Loughborough Report 2009: Commercial Property Service Charges was released at the Property Solutions sponsored service charge seminar "Change we can all believe in" on Thursday 26th November 2009. Downloads are now avaliable via the link below.
