David has been managing director of Property Solutions Ltd since 1992. In that time the company has grown from start up to in excess of 20 consultants advising a number of blue chip clients across their national UK office portfolios.

Career background
Following completion of a BSc Hons in chemical engineering, David started work as a process engineer for Courtaulds Ltd in Coventry.

He then joined Esso Petroleum Company Ltd where he stayed for nine years working in a variety of roles including process engineer, marketing analyst and investment advisor

In his time at Esso he was also Secretary to Company Management Committees covering Exxon’s UK operations; he developed the company’s office automation strategy which resulted in a £2m pilot and computer literacy programme for 1,800 administrative staff.

Following Esso, David moved to DRG Barratt as management services general manager. In 1986 he co-founded and became managing director of Centrex Business Centres, a pilot serviced office business. The company was sold in 1991 to a quoted Plc. David then moved to take a managing director role at Executive Centres, Birmingham where he consolidated three companies under one management team before leaving to join Property Solutions.

David is 54 and married with two children. He lives in Olveston near Bristol.
