Gregory is head of business relationships at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the professional home for ADR professionals which has over 11,000 members worldwide. Gregory has worked at the CIArb for over ten years, and has been responsible for developing more than 70 independent ADR services, ranging from B2C ADR in travel, communications, property, construction, funerals and personal injury, to B2B ADR in intellectual property, sport, legal services, property and construction.
