Richard heads up the Commercial Property Litigation Unit which comprises 6 other full-time specialist lawyers practising in this area.

Richard has lectured on numerous subjects including specialist areas of Landlord & Tenant, Real Property and secured lending. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
He also heads up the dedicated Commercial Service Charge Team at Burges Salmon and has advised on a number of significant commercial service charge disputes including capital refurbishment projects, sinking fund issues and forfeiture related matters.
